Global Continuous Improvement Lead

Within the Operational Excellence department, they are currently looking for a Global Continuous Improvement Lead. As a Global Continuous Improvement Lead, you will have the responsibility for defining, mobilising, planning, and managing the End-to-End continuous improvement transformation in all relevant BU's.

• Lead and support BU's and HQ in implementing a sustainable continuous improvement culture through a Lean Transformation
• Define the most appropriate Lean methods & tools
• Provide training, coaching and give support
• Measure & Communicate Progress
• Develop strong cross-functional relations

• Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline
• Black Belt certification or equivalent
• 7 years of relevant experience in operations (end-to-end)
• 5+ years’ of managerial experience
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and change management capabilities
• Excellent ability to effectively influence and motivate all levels of the organization throughout our global footprint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts
• Hands-on experience of driving transformational change using Lean or Six Sigma, TPM, World Class Manufacturing or a blend of these disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in developing continuous improvement plans into actionable initiatives & driving sustainable culture change (translating theory into practical impact)
