Head of Procurement

In this role you will lead Procurement and develop a world class Procurement function in line with GEA Global Procurement guidelines and GEA Foods Solutions Operations Strategy leading to excellent delivery performance, lowest integral cost levels, best quality and optimal working capital. You will be reporting to VP Operations and functional performance reporting into Head of Procurement FHT Division.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• 10 years relevant experience with proven track record in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, preferably in multinational / matrix organisation.
• Proficiency in ERP-systems (SAP) and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Result driven leader in Procurement, collaborative and a people manager.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
