The SC Support & Processes department is responsible for the maintenance and execution of the SC business and change agenda. The combined work of process management, project management and analytics will optimize our way of working and ensure to become more efficient and effective in driving change. These will also secure our standard way-of-working, as well on processes – as on our way of driving continuous improvement which we call BLUE.
A Project Manager is part of the Support & Processes department and reports to the Manager SC Project Office. The Project Office manages projects initiated by SC Business Owners to help the SC reach its goals in cost, scalability and service levels. You are assigned to a Program Manager or work on stand-alone projects, together with specialists from Analytics, BLUE Excellence and Processes & Systems.
As a Project Manager you plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects assigned. You are responsible for delivering a project within agreed scope, time and budget. You run projects in close cooperation with SC Business Owners, acting as the bridge between them and cross functional teams tasked with execution. With projects on hand, you implement and secure a lasting change by actively managing all stakeholders, bring positive energy and be the link between SC departments. By doing so you make our SC future prove and resilient.
