The TwinScan Factory (TF) is responsible for the production of the ASML DUV systems. The complete production process from module build until install takes place within this sector.
DUV customer priorities have shifted rapidly from technology leadership towards cost of ownership and customer experience. Lean has been chosen as the generic approach towards Operational excellence, aiming at a breakthrough on quality, cost, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The Lean transformation team will coordinate and lead this journey through providing TF with training, coaching and project leadership.
The deployment of Lean within Twinscan factory is a major change transformation that requires a high expertise in Lean thinking, Lean methodologies and tools
Position in organization: TF lean transformation team is part of TF General, reporting directly to the VP Twinscan factory. The main internal customers are the Directors of TF, while also interfacing with the central lean team within Operations (OSE) and Lean competence center (LCC) members and responsible for developing and maintaining a network of external Lean best practices.
The Program Manager Lean Transformation is responsible for the Lean transformation within TF Factory towards sustainable improvement, aiming at an overall breakthrough on quality, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction and employee engagement according to the deployment roadmap.
The Program Manager Lean Transformation reports to VP Twinscan Factory and works closely together with the Leadership Team of the factory, Lean experts within the central Operations Team (OSE) and multiple other stakeholders on management and shopfloor level.
Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
