The Retail operations manager will be part of the BENELUX retail marketing team and will ensure that all activities in the area of retail marketing in the BENELUX are in line with the company and brand policy, in order to win and retain the sympathy and understanding of Samsung as a brand and as a company, towards customers and relations.
Field Force Management
From a BENELUX responsibility, provide and gather information to and from the retail executives within the rules and regulations of the company, in order to create more knowledge of customers.
Maximize Samsung performance at each store through Agency management, budget management, strategic allocation of retail executives, sales/marketing oriented capability building training, evaluation & compensation and organizational structure (R&R’s and recruitment)
Sales (shop-in-shop) promotions
Managing the in store Sales Promotions (demonstrations) together with KAM of the divisions and manage the shop in shop Sales promoters for all product groups.
Responsible for setting the trainings strategy on Benelux level and managing the field trainers.
Report & budget
Create correct, complete and in time reports within the rules and regulations of the company in order to inform management and others.
- 3 à 4 years experience in similar position
- Bachelor degree
- Bilingual (Dutch and English) for Netherlands/Trilingual (Dutch, English and French) for Belgium
- Samsung DNA: Flexible/no 9-5 worker/Dynamic
- Good communication skills
- Strong people manager; able to motivate develop and coach the team
