Position

Clinichain, established in 2017, has experienced rapid growth and success with its clinical trials and is now seeking a dynamic and strong leader to guide the organization into its next phase of development. The Managing Director will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the organization continues to thrive in a competitive landscape.

Personal profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
A minimum of 20 years of working experience, preferably from life science, healthcare, or laboratory, and/or logistics.
At least 10 years of experience in an end-responsible position (CEO/Managing Director/Country Manager)
Track record in turnaround projects, change management experience in a leadership role.
Understanding the dynamics of heading a small organization, but at the same time being able to function in an international environment as part of a group
Fluent in English, understanding of the Dutch language is a plus
