In this position the Director Marketing & Digital will play a leading role in Elacin’s innovative development of the ‘Customer journey for life’. With data evermore playing a vital part. With strategic insight of the digitalization process towards better e-commerce, products & services and manufacturing.
The Director Marketing & Digital will be responsible for the commercial front end of the organization and makes the ‘Customer Journey for life’ as optimal as possible. From the very first customer contact, which is the moment someone has their first ear impression made, and everytime afterwards when someone is in need of a new pair of ear protection.
In this position, the Director Marketing & Digital will be part of the team of Directors and will work closely with the Managing Director (also responsible for Operations and R&D).

The ideal candidate provides thought leadership on the further digitalization of the Elacin business drivers, combines an excellent strategic view with strong analytical capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset - effortless blending hands-on execution with solid strategic commercial planning. Translates customer needs into innovative product & service offerings. Possesses strong communications skills, proficient in Dutch and English. A solid background in web shops, customer portals, online marketing and digital services based on a foundation of traditional marketing skills and expertise are critical prerequisites to be successful in this role. The Director plays a key role in the Group Management Team.
This position is to be held on-site in Breda (NL).
