Group HR Manager

Main purpose of the role is to support the management team to build and continuously develop a successful people strategy which supports the overall organizational strategy and goals. This includes the development of a dashboard to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement. Next to leading the HR function for the group employees the Group HR manager plays an important role in coaching and developing the HR function in the various production sites.

• Academic working and thinking level with a minimal completed bachelor degree in HRM or economics, business administration related
• Extensive experience in a similar role in an international environment
• Experience in leading change and culture projects     
• Good verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch
• Competences: People oriented, Business mindset, Challenges and inspires, Decisive, Hands on, Analytical thinker.
