Head of AI

As Head of AI, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's AI strategy. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for AI applications and work closely with various departments to develop impactful and ethical solutions. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and contribute to high-level strategic decision-making. You will also be a member of the MT which includes the Head of Products and Head of Operations. 

Main tasks:

• Develop and implement a clear AI vision and strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, development and implementation of AI solutions.
• Oversee AI projects, from concept to execution, and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Actively monitor trends and innovations in AI and translate them into opportunities for the organization.
• Take responsibility for data privacy, ethical AI applications and regulatory compliance.
• Function as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding AI innovations.  

The ideal candidate for this role is an analytical and proactive innovator with excellent communication skills. You are visionary, but at the same time pragmatic enough to turn ideas into concrete results. You have a strong affinity for both technology and the business side of AI and know how to inspire and motivate teams.

Education and Experience:

• A completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science and/or a similar field
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in product management, product owners and/or AI applications
• Experience in project management and product development Experience in the E-learning (Edtech), media and publishing industry or a knowledge-intensive sector is a plus.
