Kramp is a major Dutch international success story. Over the past seventy years, Kramp has gone from a one-man shop in Varsseveld, in the eastern part of the Netherlands, to the leading supplier of spare parts and accessories to the agricultural and related business sectors in Europe.
Its decentralized network of eleven warehouses across Europe and automated supply chain result in next-day delivery promise for the company’s impressively extensive product range. Focused on digitalization and innovation, Kramp invests significantly in systems and technology to improve its warehouses and supply chain. Leveraging the e-commerce and system expertise the company has built, Kramp is the preferred one-stop shop with a well-earned reputation for reliability and customer excellence.
Since his foundation in 1951, Kramp has achieved an impressive growth trajectory resulting in an annual turnover of over 1.2 billion euros. The company grows organically and through strategic acquisitions with more than 3,500 employees spread across its headquarters in the Netherlands, eleven warehouses, and twenty-four European sales offices.
Kramp started as a family business and in many ways it still is. Its culture is down-to-earth, friendly, open, and cooperative. Throughout all its levels, people are interested to hear everyone’s opinion and are always eager to help each other. Despite its current size, Kramp has retained a strong family culture and this culture is supported through strong company values: Collaboration, Care & Ownership.
