HR Business Partner (2023)

As an HR Business Partner, you serve as a strategic partner to the management and proactively advise on various HR themes, including recruitment, learning & development, absenteeism, and performance. Additionally, the focus is on utilizing HR tools, processes, and systems and ensuring that HR policies are consistently implemented within the organization, equipping management to effectively achieve business objectives.

As a Business Partner, you are involved in various departmental plans and, supported by arguments and data, translate them into an HR plan that supports your business. You provide HR tools, offer advice (both requested and unsolicited), and ask the right critical questions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resource Management or International Business)
• Several years of comprehensive HR experience, with a minimum of five years as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in a dynamic environment, with international experience being a plus
• Work experience in the Netherlands and knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Preferably, a good understanding and proficiency in the Dutch language as well
• Actively seeks the needs and desires of the business and delivers, if possible, even faster than agreed or expected
• Demonstrates persuasion skills, takes the lead, guides, and advises the business on all HR-related matters
