We are looking for a candidate with strong people management skills and significant experience in leading technical teams. You should have expertise or a strong affinity with (sustainability) data management strategies from a top-down perspective, ideally developed in professional services environments. A role requiring analytical skills at a Master’s level would be an excellent fit. Experience managing technically focused individuals like analysts or engineers is highly desirable.
You are a motivating and communicative leader who leads by example and adapts your approach based on the situation. You will guide a team of highly skilled and strong-willed colleagues in alignment with the strategic goals. The Database Implementation Team at PRé Sustainability plays a crucial role in transforming sustainability data in an accessible way in SimaPro that will lead its users to actionable insights. They work closely with partners in the sustainability data landscape to ensure that LCA data and methods are accurately and consistently integrated into SimaPro. They’re also shaping their role through providing configurable models. These are LCA models that can be configured to calculate footprints of specific products/organisations. This will enable companies to make informed decisions by providing them with configurable models compliant with specific methodological rules and high-quality data.
