The Managing Director will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the organization continues to thrive in a competitive landscape.

Personal profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
A minimum of 20 years of working experience, preferably with a solid background in the clinical trial area
At least 10 years experience in a managerial position, preferably several years in general management
Excellent leadership skills
Understanding the dynamics of heading a small organization, but at the same time being able to function in an international environment as part of a group
Fluent in English, understanding of the Dutch language is a plus
