Senior HR Business Partner EMEA

OMRON Healthcare EMEA is looking for a (International) Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region to strengthen the HR team.

• Academic/Master's work and thinking level
• Minimum of 4 years of all-round Senior HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, high-performance international environment, preferably within a larger complex organisation
• Proven track record and solid results in Talent Management, Organisational Development, and Engagement incl. strategy, action plans, KPIs, systems, and tools
• Competences: open communication, proactive approach, ambition, creative/innovative mindset, agility
• Work experience in the Netherlands and knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Preferably, a good understanding and proficiency in the Dutch language as well
